1、What cooperation models do you offer?
We provide two flexible sourcing options:
Per‑order sourcing – We purchase products specifically for each order after you place it with us.
Fast‑dispatch (stock‑based) model – We keep popular items in our own warehouse for immediate shipment, cutting delivery time significantly.
The second way will be about 7 days faster than first.
2、How can I have the quotation?
Please offer your interested products links or pictures, inform us requests, then we will offer the quotation to you.
Our quotes consist of two parts: product cost and shipping cost.
Product cost – Volume discounts apply: the more you buy, the lower the unit price. We also offer free warehouse storage for up to one year for your bulk purchases.
Shipping cost – This depends on your local VAT/GST registration (tax ID) and the customs regulations of the destination country. We will clearly state the shipping charges in each quotation, tailored to your specific shipping address.
3、Can I get customised packaging, products, or bundle sets?
Yes, we support:
Custom packaging (branded boxes, inserts, etc.)
Product customisation (colour, logo, specifications)
Bundle or combo sets
Please note that the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and additional costs vary by product and customisation type. Contact us for a detailed assessment.
4、Do you have system or any ERP to operate the order?
Yes, there is Dianxiaomi APP connect with your shop, we support seamless connection with over 66 major platforms currently on the market, including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce and many more. Once integrated, order data flows automatically, saving you significant time on manual processing.
It will connect to your paid order part, so as soon as your customer paid, we will receive it in our system, then can work for order. We will close order at 16 p.m China time everyday.
5、How to connect with your App?
We operate order by Dianxiaomi, only 1 minute to authorize your order part to us is ok, we will offer video to show connect steps. It's safe for your selller center, due to you only authorize order operation part to us is enough.
6、Will you help sourcing and compare for drop shipping product?
Yes, as soon as you offer your interested products and idea, we will sourcing market information online and offline as your direction, then offer quotation solution.
When quotation confirmed, we will test and compare different samples to confirm a quality standard.
7、Do you offer quality control checks before shipping?
We will offer spot inspection for your drop shipping goods, and we will answer for it if there is appearance defects for our product.
8、What is your after‑sales support?
If you encounter any quality or delivery issues, please provide:
Your order number
Clear product photos and/or videos
A brief description of the problem
Our technical team will investigate and work with you to find a mutually satisfactory solution (replacement, refund, or credit).
9、Which countries can be delivered for drop shipping?
Most of countries, have China Post services can arrange drop shipping, main market have different speed choices, please inform us your destination market, then we will check for you.
10、What's your package for my drop shipping product?
There are express bag, bubble foam express bag and mail box choices. The default choice is normal express bag, which is included in our quotation. If you want to additional package, please inform us in advance, then we will check it before we offer quotation solution.
11、How long does it take to process and ship my orders?
Processing (handling) time:
In‑stock items (warehouse model): 48 hours
Per‑order sourcing: 3–5 business days
Note: We are closed during Chinese national holidays – please plan ahead.
Shipping (transit) time varies by destination:
United States: 10–15 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Other countries: please ask for specific estimates.
12、How can I track my shipments?
You have two options:
Automatic sync – Once you connect your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to our system, tracking numbers are uploaded automatically.
Manual file delivery – We can also send you a daily file with all tracking numbers.
You can then monitor the parcels on www.17track.net or any other tracking platform.
13、Will my customers be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Customs policies differ by country. We always specify the applicable duties in your quotation for each order. Here are some guidelines:
United States – We can offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, so no extra fees are collected upon delivery.
United Kingdom – VAT is already included in the selling price (for both marketplace and independent store sellers); no additional VAT is charged at the border.
European Union – A fixed customs fee of €3 per HS code applies, regardless of the product value.
For other regions, we will advise you during the quoting process.
14、What are your payment terms?
For the first month cooperation, please leave at least one week amount in our account so we can ship out order on time.
For the long-term customer cooperated more than 6 months, we can ship first then pay by week.
15、What are your payment way?
We accept:
Bank wire transfer (T/T)
Alibaba Trade Assurance (recommended for buyer protection)
We do not accept PayPal for B2B dropshipping orders.
