What's your main services?

How to Cooperate?
Please offer your interested products links or pictures, inform us quantity and requests, then we will offer the quotation to you.
What's your commission?
Our commission is 5%-15%, different products and requests the cost will be different. The quotation is free and included in the commission, so the quoted is deal price which is your total budget.
What's your payment Terms
Ready to ship products: 30% T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before the goods leave our warehouse.
Customized products: 50% T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before the goods leave our warehouse.
What's your payment Methods
Alibaba Trade Assurance: 2.05% transaction fee.
T/T to bank: no fee.
PayPal: 4.05% transaction fee.
Can I choose DDP or DAP services?
We offer DDP services to most of Europe and America, including Spain, Mexico, Chile and Argentina. Availability depends on the product and destination and must be confirmed before shipment.
With DAP, the buyer handles customs clearance and destination taxes.
What's your MOQ
The MOQ depends on the product and the type of customization. Tell us the quantity you need and we will look for a suitable option.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Preparation: 4-7 days for in-stock products. If the order requires customization or labeling, the lead time will be stated in the quotation.
Example DDP transit times to Spain:
Air: 15-20 days.
Truck: 35-50 days.
Sea or rail: 45-65 days.

Can you work with multiple suppliers?
Yes. We can coordinate orders from multiple suppliers and consolidate them before shipment, depending on the goods.
Can you arrange samples and product development?
Yes. We can coordinate samples, compare options and follow agreed product or packaging changes.
How is quality control managed?
Criteria are confirmed before inspection. The scope depends on the product, quantity and order risks.
What shipping options do you offer?
We review air, sea, rail, truck or courier options according to the product, destination, volume and timing. Availability is confirmed for each shipment.
For Amazon sellers
What is the minimum deposit for Amazon sellers?
Only $100-200 USD. With that deposit we buy and review samples for you. You do not need a large order to test a product.
Do you have a minimum MOQ for Amazon?
We have no fixed MOQ. It depends on the product and your requirements. You can start small to test and scale when your product sells.
How long does shipping to my FBA warehouse take?
To FBA in Spain: DDP by air 15-20 days, by truck 35-50 days, by train or sea 45-65 days. We confirm the exact timing for your product and destination.
Which services are free?
Comparing suppliers and quotations, reviewing samples, inspecting goods and FNSKU preparation depending on the project. We want to be your eyes in China.
