1. Identity and tax numbers
Spanish tax ID (NIF)
EORI number (EU economic operator registration)
VAT number
If you buy as a company, you need the EORI for customs clearance. We don’t process it for you, but we confirm it is correct before shipping.
2. Customs agent
A customs agent (aduana representative) in Spain
Clear who prepares clearance documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
We prepare the commercial documents at origin and coordinate with your customs agent at destination. Clearance in Spain is done by your agent.
3. Product compliance
CE marking (if required)
REACH regulation (chemical substances)
Labelling and instructions in Spanish (if applicable)
Category-specific rules (toys, cosmetics, textiles, etc.)
Each category has its rules. Before mass production, we confirm with you which certifications or labelling your product requires.
4. Logistics and lead times
Air (15–20 days, ideal for samples and first tests)
Sea (35–50 days, cheapest for volume)
Rail (45–65 days, middle ground)
Final destination (Amazon FBA, own warehouse, or dropshipping?)
5. Payment and Incoterms
Payment method: bank T/T, Ali-assurance or PayPal
Incoterm: FOB / CIF / DDP / DAP (who pays what)
We explain the difference between FOB, CIF, DDP and DAP with real numbers from your order, so you choose without surprises.
6. Supplier and quality
Supplier verification (real factory, not a middleman)
Sample approved before production
Quality inspection before shipping
This is what we do every day: verify factories, manage samples and control quality before goods leave.
