International FBA inventory shipments sent with a non-partnered carrier to the UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain must provide a one-calendar-week delivery window.
This does not mean goods must travel from China to Europe in seven days. The window is the expected week of arrival at Amazon’s fulfilment centre, not the factory dispatch date or port ETA.
Amazon Partnered Carrier and Amazon Global Logistics transmit delivery information through their integrated systems.
Amazon Partnered Carrier, Amazon Global Logistics or SEND—where available for the route—reduce the risk of manually entering an inaccurate date.
Ask for the expected arrival date at the FBA centre, not only the port ETA. Confirm customs release, cargo availability, final-mile capacity and appointment responsibility before selecting the week. Update the window before it starts if the forecast changes.
Goods can first enter a European warehouse for receiving and FBA preparation, then move to Amazon through local replenishments. Beeping, for example, publicly lists receiving, storage, labelling and delivery to Amazon warehouses from Valencia.
A 3PL does not remove the seven-day requirement. It moves ocean freight, customs and unloading outside the final Amazon delivery stage, making the selected week easier to control. YWHOLA has no commercial relationship with Beeping; it is mentioned only as an example of this operating model.
YWHOLA coordinates suppliers, quality control, labelling, consolidation and transport from China. If you have goods in production or in transit, send us the destination, transport mode and current ETA so we can check whether the delivery window is realistic before the shipment is created.
