What is happening?

Amazon has advised sellers to ensure inventory arrives at its European fulfilment centres by 21 October 2026 to support Prime eligibility for Black Friday Week.

From November, inbound delivery capacity becomes more limited as Amazon prioritises customer orders. At the same time, FBA storage costs in Spain increase during October to December. A late delivery or too much slow-moving stock can both reduce your Q4 profit.

• Confirm production, labels, carton details and shipping dates now.
• Do not send every colour, size or slow-moving variation to FBA.
• Prepare a replenishment plan for products that have already proved demand.
